By using this website, you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “We”, “Us” and “Our” refer to Dogood Florals (ABN 20 544 309 946), and “You” and “Your” refer to you as the customer, visitor, or website user.

dogoodflorals.com.au (the “Site”) is operated by Dogood Florals. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms also apply to the supply of any goods or services to you by Dogood Florals, whether facilitated through the Site or by other means.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Site. Use of the Site and the supply of goods by Dogood Florals are conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms in full, without modification. These Terms override and exclude all prior discussions, understandings, or arrangements concerning your use of the Site or our goods.

2. Limitation of Liability

It is a condition of your use of this Site that you agree Dogood Florals is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer in connection with your use of the Site, whether arising from errors or omissions in information, goods or services offered, or any other use of the Site. Your reliance on any information, goods, or materials provided on this Site is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dogood Florals from and against all claims, demands, expenses, costs, losses, or liabilities (direct or indirect) incurred as a result of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

This Site and its contents are protected under copyright law and remain the property of Dogood Florals unless otherwise stated. Dogood Florals owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in the content of the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, icons, and software.

No part of this Site may be reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written consent from Dogood Florals. You must not use any trademarks, service marks, or logos displayed on the Site without our prior authorisation.

5. Products

We take all reasonable care to ensure that products match their descriptions. However, as flowers are natural products, variations will occur. Flower availability is subject to seasonality and supply conditions. Dogood Florals reserves the right to substitute flower varieties of equal or greater value where necessary.

6. Dispatch and Delivery

It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery information. Dogood Florals accepts no liability for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. If delivery is unsuccessful, goods will be returned to Dogood Florals, and additional fees will apply for redelivery.

Deliveries are made until 5:00pm. If you require delivery by a certain time, you must notify us when placing your order. Failure to do so will result in a redelivery fee.

7. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Refunds will not be provided where you have supplied an incorrect delivery address. It is your responsibility to ensure delivery information is correct.

If you wish to cancel an advance order, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the specified delivery date. Cancellation requests should be sent to hello@dogoodflorals.com.au.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product choice.

8. Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products or services from Dogood Florals. Orders for resale to third parties are strictly prohibited.

Dogood Florals reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

  • products are unavailable,

  • payment cannot be processed,

  • we suspect the order is for commercial purposes,

  • there is a risk of fraud, or

  • there is an error in product description or pricing.
